We engaged the Genesis Asset Management group as part of our project team because we didn’t have the resources to do this in house. They took the master equipment list from the design process and captured all the information during the procurement process, working directly with the lab equipment vendors on our behalf to understand the equipment and warranty options. The decision to work with Genesis Asset Management has been one that we continually recognize as a value add to the Capital Project.
