Innately understanding the demands laboratory managers face, before leading Genesis’ Asset Management team, Kayla Miller had served as a laboratory technician and project manager. Her experience spans the application of cGMP and GLP regulations, client documentation,  equipment list management, equipment procurement, equipment receipt and onboarding, calibration tracking, management of change controls, and move management. Regarding the latter, Kayla recently led a multi-phase, multi-building relocation effort of over 1000 pieces of existing equipment.
