Mike Marone, AIA serves as Executive Vice President of Client Engagement, where he shapes strategic relationships with clients and drives innovation across Genesis’ architecture practice. With more than 20 years of professional experience, Mike has directed the architectural design and planning for many of the firm’s most significant science and technology projects, cultivating long-term partnerships that extend beyond individual project delivery. As leader of the firm’s design studios, he oversees the programming and planning of many significant projects through design development, constructability reviews, “value engineering” challenges and other hurdles of a contemporary building project.

As a strategic advisor and client advocate, Mike works collaboratively with clients to understand their evolving business needs, translating complex operational requirements into innovative facility solutions. He leads the integration of Genesis’s comprehensive service offerings—from architecture and engineering through construction management and commissioning—ensuring seamless project delivery and exceptional client outcomes.
