Norman Goldschmidt, Genesis AEC President, has over 40 years of experience combining business understanding with technical excellence to deliver projects and services. He brings facilities planning, design, construction, validation experience, and expertise in regulation and compliance to our clients to help them achieve their goals. Before joining Genesis, Norman served in numerous capacities in the life science industry, and with experience spanning the many types of facilities and processes necessary to bring a product to market – from R&D through manufacturing. He is a recognized international expert on designing critical environments and strategic facilities and holds four patents for HVAC and pharmaceutical processing innovations.
