Scott Downs has more than 25 years of experience managing and supervising construction projects in the life science industry, with a focus on EPCM projects. In his current role he leads all construction management operations and ensures that projects prioritize quality, safety, schedule, and cost. Scott provides leadership from preconstruction through construction and turnover, aligning the project strategy with clients’ needs. Adept at managing complexity, he leverages his mechanical engineering background and pharmaceutical expertise to provide critical procurement and construction oversight to meet all design and compliance requirements.
